Static or animated – you decide.
Any scene can be made better by adding some water droplets, in my opinion, and this procedural tool for Houdini could streamline the process. Created by Senior VFX Artist José Mauro Lobão, it generates static and animated droplets that can slide down from any surface realistically.
This tool is still in development, so we expect to see more great things from the final version. Lobão promises that droplets will pull other drops when moving, just like real water does – exciting stuff!
Similar to this one, Lobão is also working on a procedural animated foam generator in Houdini.
