Ayberk Kahraman shared a new update.
Earlier this year, we featured a project from Game Developer Ayberk Kahraman, who set out to create a game blending intense Souls-like combat with smooth parkour mechanics reminiscent of Uncharted and Assassin's Creed. While the title and story remain unannounced, Ayberk has just released a new update highlighting advancements in gameplay mechanics, showcasing a variety of object interaction scenarios.
The playable character now features procedural hand animations, enabling actions like looting, pushing, climbing, and more. You can also spot the grappling hook system, gun mechanics, and sword combat. As Ayberk shared, he's using Final IK from RootMotion, but aside from that, he built all the systems entirely from scratch. Some of these will reportedly be available on the Unity Asset Store in the future.
