This Privacy Policy was last updated on September 20, 2023. 80.LV LLC (“80 level”, "us", "we", or "our") operates, https://80.lv (the "Site"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information, including personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”), we receive from users (or “you”, or “visitor(s)”) of the Site.
80level also engages its partners to place 80 level’s landing pages as subpages of such partner’s websites (“Partners’ Sites”). When you visit our landing pages posted as subpages of the Partner’s Sites, our partners may process your Personal Information as separate controllers. Such processing will be subject to the respective privacy policies posted on the Partner’s Sites and this Privacy Policy regarding our processing.

For example, if you are signing up via Facebook Connect, 80 level will process your Facebook information (this will authenticate your identity and link your Facebook Profile information, such as your name and email address),
- Your payment information (including credit card information) to collect payment for purchases made through the Site,
- Your Internet Protocol address (IP address), geolocation, version of software installed, system type, the content and pages accessed on the website, dates and times of visits of the website, fingerprint of the user’s device and IP (identification of position);
- “Cookies information” of the user (session and persistent cookie files); and
- Your communications: when you communicate with us by email, mail, telephone, or through/via the Site, we collect information about your communication and any information you choose to provide.
Purposes and Legal Basis for the Processing
Provide you with access to the Site. This includes ensuring that (a) the Site is being presented in the most effective manner for you, making the Site easier for you to use and providing you with a smooth, efficient, safe, and tailored experience, and (b) you may participate in interactive features of the Site, should you choose to do so.
Process payments for services and complete other Services-related purchases and payments
Administer the Site and for internal operations, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, and statistical purposes.

If you are a registered user of the Site and agreed to receive email communications from us, we may occasionally send you an email to (a) tell you about new features, (b) solicit your feedback, (c) manage your personal account with us, (d) contact you regarding any offers from 80 level, (e) keep you up to date with 80 level news and products (f) invite you to take part in our surveys, or (g) tell you more about our other projects and initiatives, (e.g., 80 LV 3D Gallery, 80 LV Talent, etc.).

Children’s Data
Use of the Site is not intended for children. Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to use the Site and must not attempt to register an account or submit any personal data to us. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 16 or under the minimum legal age under local legal requirements in the state, province, or jurisdiction of residence (“Child”).
