The demo version of BLACKSHARD is available on Steam.
The feeling of being stranded in a megastructure could be utterly overwhelming, not to mention one that is strange, cold, and dreamlike, where ancient gods are imprisoned. Yet, it sounds uniquely attractive for bringing a mixture of fear of the unknown, the anticipation of unexpected mysteries, and the interaction with the environment.
That's what you'll be going through in BLACKSHARD, a first-person exploration game with NaissanceE and Blame! vibes where you walk through a megastructure to unravel its mysteries. Meanwhile, it's a "visual and narrative experience, a dreamlike journey into uncharted liminal spaces." Explore the Labyrinth and find your own way to pass through this semi-open world, which has some hidden paths.

You'll encounter shards of previous comers and interact with the environments and ancient gods who'd like to escape from this space with your help. The overall color tone is quite pale and seems to only become a little more saturated when encountering some gods. It's up to you to decide whether to help them or not, and "your behavior within the Labyrinth defines the outcome of your journey."
BLACKSHARD is being developed by Redlock Studio and Enclave, a small indie team from France, which was inspired by The King in Yellow. The team has shared some screenshots of the game's immersive atmosphere and a video showing how an area's title displays:
