VR Sculptor 3D Printed a Full-Scale T-Rex Skull

The artist's goal is to create a full skeleton of the dinosaur king.

VR Sculptor Simon Clark, a.k.a. Topgunsi, recently revealed an amazing creation that will make dinosaur enthusiasts gasp in excitement. The artist presented a realistic-looking full-size 3D printed skull of Tyrannosaurus Rex, complete with a full set of teeth and a working jaw. According to the artist, the model was sculpted in Shapelab, Leopoly's VR design application that offers a variety of powerful polygon mesh-based sculpting tools, and animated in Masterpiece Motion for the author's VRChat.

Moreover, the 3D printed model of the T-Rex is only a smaller part of a bigger project the creator has in mind. According to Simon's Instagram page, he aims to create the entire skeleton on a 1:1 scale, both for 3D printing and for VRChat. So far, the creator has completed the skull, pelvis, and leg bones, nearing the mid-point of the entire project.
