This Simple But Addictive Indie Skiing Game Has Been Released

SNØ: Ultimate Freeriding is available with a 20% offer on Steam.

SNØ: Ultimate Freeriding is a skiing game made with Unity, which caught our attention a few months ago for its procedural tricks system where no moves are predefined. It was developed by Studio Gauntlet, which was formed by two developers from Norway. Fast move to today: the game has been released on Steam.

As a minimalistic freeriding game, SNØ promises to offer "rewarding gameplay systems, smooth controls and sleek visuals.” The controls are easy to learn, and there are infinite, procedurally generated mountainscapes that can be explored. Go for the high score, or just go with the flow as you master the art of freeriding and experience beautiful mountains inspired by Scandinavian nature.

There is a demo version that lets you put on skiing facilities and start downhill skiing — a thrilling journey that could end up in countless unexpected ways. You will enjoy the beautiful scenery and snowy land against a gorgeous sunset. The thrill of going down the mountain and through the forest is even greater with the sounds of wind and when your skin board touches the snow.

The game offers several modes. The Zen mode allows you to relax and focus on the stunning mountain scenery without worrying about scoring. You can also switch freely between first-person, third-person, and drone camera modes. Also, there is a photo mode that lets you capture unforgettable moments.

SNØ: Ultimate Freeriding is a simple yet addictive game that will get you hooked. Now available with a 20% offer on Steam, this is a great chance to purchase it.
