The team revealed the upcoming game's gameplay and shared some behind-the-scenes details regarding its development.
The Rocksteady team has recently provided an extensive look at their upcoming action-adventure game Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League with two brand-new trailers.
The first trailer, released during Sony's recent State of Play event, showcased the title's gameplay, demonstrating its gunplay and movement mechanics and the unique abilities and flying mechanics of its four playable characters – Harley Quinn, Deadshot, Captain Boomerang, and King Shark – and how they can combine them to defeat waves of Brainiac's corrupted soldiers.
The second trailer, on the other hand, revealed some behind-the-scenes details regarding the game's development, the team's post-launch plans, each of Kill the Justice League's four characters, and more. According to the trailer, the game will feature weapon upgrades, an RPG-style gear system, a purchasable Battle Pass with new skins, post-launch content with new missions and characters, and will be fully-completable solo, with bots filling in the roles of other characters.
Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League is available May 26, 2023, on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. You can learn more here.
