"And that’s why you don't fire all of your QA," some Twitter users said.

Last week, we reported that EA was shutting down Apex Legends' UK-based QA team, with around 50 contractors being let go.
In a video call with EA representatives, the employees were told that their contracts would not be renewed, surprising even the project managers as they didn't know about the upcoming changes. QA testers have been tasked with identifying errors and bugs in Apex Legends since the beginning of Season 16 in early 2023.
Well, after less than a week since the information about EA's plans to close the UK-based QA team, more and more players have been facing bugs and issues with cosmetics.
Even though it seems that the developer of Apex Legends, Respawn, has already addressed the issues, I guess we'll see more bugs and unhappy players in the future.
