NVIDIA
NVIDIA has found holes in its software security and urges its users to update as soon as possible. The highly dangerous issue concerns GeForce, NVIDIA RTX, Quadro, NVS, and Tesla.
"NVIDIA GPU Display Driver for Windows and Linux contains a vulnerability which could allow a privileged attacker to escalate permissions. A successful exploit of this vulnerability might lead to code execution, denial of service, escalation of privileges, information disclosure, and data tampering."
The breach could impact code execution, denial of service, escalation of privileges, information disclosure, and data tampering.
NVIDIA asks Windows users to upgrade GeForce to version 566.03, NVIDIA RTX, Quadro, and NVS of the R565 driver branch to 566.03, R550 to 553.24, and R535 to 538.95. The same goes for Tesla.
You can find the details and the Linux requirements here. Long story short, update all your NVIDIA products to be safe.
