Mark S. from Severance Recreated in 3D with ZBrush & Substance 3D

3D Character Artist Eugene Tertychnyi masterfully translated the dystopian vibes of an unsettling office space.

3D Character Artist Eugene Tertychnyi paid tribute to Apple's hit show Severance, which recently released its second season, with this amazing 3D model of the series' main character, Mark S.

The artist recreated the Innie Mark at his workplace, with the likeness of Adam Scott, who portrayed the character in the show. Eugene Tertychnyi accurately captured the actor's appearance and the character's blank facial expression, which hides a storm of yet unexpressed and unaddressed emotions. The artist visualized lifelike skin, hair, and fabric, demonstrating exceptional skill in character art.

The creator not only depicted the character himself – the artwork unfolds as we can examine Mark's workplace in detail, with all the elements that appeared in the series: a computer with "scary numbers," a formal portrait of the four colleagues, a weirdly flattering and unsettling glass award with Mark's face, and a mug with the corporate logo.

The recreation was crafted using Maya, ZBrush, Marvelous Designer, Substance 3D Painter, and Cinema 4D. Take a closer look at the details and WIPs:
