Dark Machine Games has shared some amazing news about this upcoming title.
DreadXP, publisher of the intensive first-person adventure game White Knuckle, which we introduced back in November, has released the announcement trailer for the game.
If you missed our earlier coverage, White Knuckle takes you to the guts of a megastructure called SUB-STRUCTURE 17, and the only thing you need to do here is to climb up to escape from the chase of “The Mass,” a massive oozing legion of bodies. Precision movement and resource management are keys to survival as you pass through the various regions, such as the deep dry storage of the Silos and haunted piers of Habitation, each with unique gameplay and threats. You’ll also encounter some creepy and annoying creatures that stand there or fly around trying to block your way up.
White Knuckle was created by the indie studio Dark Machine Games, which was formed by Holly, Jack, and Quinn. A demo version is available on Steam, which will give you a chance to experience the game's gloomy atmosphere and intense chase.

The game evolved from a small project with which the developers hoped to spend around half an hour relaxing to one that attracted more than 10,000 players’ attention and expectations. The great news is that the developers have now teamed up with the publisher DreadXP, who has provided sufficient support to fund the game’s development and publication.
In this heartfelt community update, the situation was explained in detail, including the team’s plans for the game before they decided to team up with DreadXP. It was revealed that the game will be released in Early Access, with the specific release date to be announced later. This is intended to gather comprehensive feedback from the community so the team can work to enhance the game further. After the Early Access phase, a full launch will follow.
And even if the Patreon campaign is closed, all the supporters will get a promised perks package, which includes the game on release, cosmetics, graffiti, etc, besides a special Discord role and being credited in the game.
