Think Tank Training Centre, in collaboration with the Warner Bros team, has unveiled an exciting new scholarship opportunity.
Building on the success of three Doers and Dreamers recipient cohorts, the team is launching Doers and Dreamers H-Class, a special edition scholarship offering five selected artists from underrepresented communities in Canada a scholarship of $5,000CAD towards Think Tank’s signature Houdini-focused program, Houdini for Film or Games.
Starting February 5, 2025, this online program teaches students with no experience in CG how to develop complex VFX sequences. With a specific focus on Houdini software, graduates from this program step into the industry with an elevated insight into one of most in-demand tools.
People of all genders, abilities, and identities from underrepresented communities in Canada, including members of Indigenous, Black and racialized groups, people with disabilities, and LGBTQ2+ communities are encouraged to apply for this initiative.
