Demo Version Of This Sandbox Delivery Sim Where Everything Is Destructible Has Been Released

Drive back to the atmospheric 1950s and have some chaotic fun in Deliver At All Costs.

Far Out Games has announced a major achievement in the development of Deliver At All Costs, an action-packed sandbox game with a 1950s aesthetic: the demo version of the game has been released on Steam.

The game invited you to drive through a retro southern town with palm trees, ocean waves, and neon lights and deliver unconventional cargos as a courier with a fiery temper and a mysterious past.

Ever since the first episode of Far Out Games' dev diary was published to show us the talented team behind the game, more episodes have been shared to walk us through the story and setting, give a further look at the destruction and retaliation that are the heart of the game, as well as peek at the wild variety of missions, where you deliver bizarre things like giant marlins, balloons, and rotting melons:

Chaotic fun and satisfying destruction are what make the game exciting to try. These features are also highlighted in the recently shared footage from the developer:

While driving to complete your tasks, it's also suggested that you pay attention to the delivery route, where some interesting hidden collectibles could be found:

Notably, although the game will be released on various platforms, including PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S, the demo version is only available on Steam. Players who give it a try already find it running smoothly on Steam Deck.

The studio mentioned that the full release of the game isn't far away, so news about its release date might be dropped soon. If you don't want to miss out on its release, add the game to your wishlist on Steam and follow the developer for future updates.
