Collect Tarot Cards To Empower Yourself In This Indie Boomer Shooter Inspired By Doom

Gravelord has been released in Early Access and is offering a timed offer.

If you are a big fan of fast-paced boomer shooters, enjoying classic titles like Doom and Quake, here is a new indie game that suits your taste.

In Gravelord, you’ll control the badass protagonist, Queedo the Gravedigger. He is on a quest to avenge with powerful weapons, which can be upgraded to unlock unique fire mode, and a trusty Spectral Shovel. You can use it to cover great distances instantly, overcome unbeatable obstacles and hazards, and enable shortcuts to previously discovered parts of a level.

The game offers hand-crafted levels, with each level containing some hidden secrets for you to discover. You can run and jump “like a complete badass” around the levels. The comic book cutscenes and collectible pages provide additional backstory and depth to the world.

Gravelord features Tarot Cards that can be collected to empower yourself by boosting your power level and combat options. Choose wisely from the various cards to equip and find the combination according to your play style.

A Level Editor would allow players to create their own levels and episodes; it will be released when the full version of the game is out. The developers promise a quick and seamless transition between the editor and the game.
