Apple Is Considering Selling Strap That Makes Vision Pro Less Heavy

It is planning to create areas in stores for the headset demonstrations.

Apple's AR headset Vision Pro was presented earlier this month, but not many people have had the opportunity to try it out. However, some of those who did mention how heavy the device is. To fix this issue, the company has an extra strap that goes over a user's head. As Bloomberg reports, it is considering selling this strap as an extra accessory rather than including it in the box.

You will be able to see if it's heavy for you or not special new areas that Apple wants to organize in its retail stores where you can test the headset.

"The spaces also will let buyers choose the correctly sized bands and light seal, which keeps outside light from getting into the headset," says the report

Apart from Vision Pro's weight, some also complain about motion sickness they experienced, although it's apparently better than with competing headsets.

Vision Pro is scheduled to be released in the first half of 2024. Reas more about Apple's plans here and don't forget to join our 80 Level Talent platform and our Telegram channel, follow us on Instagram and Twitter, where we share breakdowns, the latest news, awesome artworks, and more.
