The tiger model's fur can be tweaked via Particle Edit Mode.
Take a look at this endearing stylized animation featuring an adorable tiger drinking from a pond, created by a Freelance Concept Artist, Modeler, and Animator known only as KoalaOK. Set up in Blender, the creature's model was shown to be incredibly customizable, enabling the artist to tweak the tiger's fur and transform it into a porcupine-looking magical beast in just a few clicks via the software's Particle Edit Mode, a tool that lets you edit the keyed points (keyframes) and paths of hair, particle, cloth, and soft body simulations.
Unfortunately, aside from the information that the tiger model and animation were made in Blender, along with a mysterious quote, "In me the tiger sniffs the rose" by Siegfried Sassoon, the artist has not disclosed any additional details about the project.
