A New Prince of Persia Game Is Reportedly Set to Launch This May

Just almost a week ago, we talked about the upcoming addition to the Prince of Persia franchise as we're hit with the new information about its reported release into early access in May.

According to industry insider Tom Henderson, Evil Empire, the studio known for Dead Cells, is set to announce the game during the iii initiative event, which will take place on April 10.

The upcoming roguelite, titled The Rogue Prince of Persia, is slated for early access release on PC on May 14, as revealed by Henderson. No additional information about the game was disclosed.

Speaking of the iii initiative presentation, various studios including those behind games like Dead Cells, Darkest Dungeon, Risk of Rain 2, Slay the Spire, Vampire Survivors, V Rising, and more will showcase their games during the event.

The lineup also features Evil Empire, Red Hook, Mega Crit Games, poncle, Stunlock Studios, Thunder Lotus, Re-Logic, Ghost Ship Games, Extremely OK Games, and Heart Machine. The studios have promised to showcase trailers, world premieres, exclusive gameplay videos, and demos without delay.
