- A comprehensive modelling and texturing portfolio showing 3D character art to a very high standard, with specific ability in the representation of realistic human anatomy and garments/drapery.
- Extensive experience using industry-standard 3D modelling packages, such as 3DStudio Max, Maya, and Modo, as well as Substance Painter for texturing.
- Exceptional sculpting ability in ZBrush and deep knowledge of Marvellous Designer workflows for digital clothing production.
- A full understanding of all current generation production workflows as they pertain to character art asset production - including an understanding of PBR pipelines.
- A keen understanding of the human body and facial anatomy; form, structure, and silhouette, as well as being respectful of economical and appropriate modelling considerations for game target assets and polycounts.

Vehicle Artist (Mid/Senior) at Rockstar Games
At Rockstar, the Vehicle Art team designs, builds, and textures all drivable, rideable, sail-able, and flyable vehicles in our game worlds. More than just transportation, these vehicles reflect a player's personality, desires, and style – customizable, configurable, and with history.
It researches in-depth and maintains an understanding of all modes of transport – how they function and are constructed, and the cultural attachment people and the world at large have to them. It works with other internal departments in design, code, and animation to make sure vehicles work functionally with their expectations and needs.
Requirements:
- A comprehensive modelling and texturing portfolio showing a varied range of 3D vehicle art completed to a very high standard is required to apply.
- Extensive experience using 3DStudio Max for modelling, and Adobe Photoshop for texturing.
- A full understanding of all current generation production workflows, as they pertain to vehicle art asset production.
- A keen understanding and appreciation of structure and construction/silhouette in respect of modelling – resolution of assets relative to world scale and exceptional mesh topology skills.
- A detail obsessed eye for creating and manipulating texture maps for shader passes - diffuse, normal, spec, weathering, etc., and excellent understanding of the value of maximising UV space.

Principal Cinematic Artist at Tencent
You will work closely with the scriptwriter, who is responsible for the creative direction of the game story, producing an animated storyboard, taking care of the camera work of the pieces, as well as the actor's performance and editing.
You will be responsible for the game character background story and character relationships, enriching the game experience, participate in the full production process, provide performance explanations to the actors/actresses and the production team, supervise motion capture, and work with the team to maintain high standards for performance, editing, acting, and post-production sound, providing feedback and adjustments.
You will also be responsible for the overall game experience in an Unreal 5 AAA game running in real-time.
Requirements:
- Passionate about games, with a strong creative enthusiasm for narrative-driven performances.
- Possess over 7 years of experience in the film, animation, or gaming industry as a director.
- Understand modern Western culture and characters and ways of telling a story.
